Real Life Forums November 10, 2018 A few days ago, the forums got a nice upgrade for which I've been waiting with bated breath since about March 25: the implementation of TLSv1.3.
Download gta san andreas armenian mod pc. I continued my tests and this time, tried some outdoor shots with 2X Zoom. I had some hard time to force the app to trigger the main sensor on zoom X2 because in well-lit conditions, the telephoto camera is always used when pushing the 'X2' button. I did pretty much the reversed-trick I'm using to trigger the telephoto in low-light Surprisingly, the result is better with the telephoto (ISO 100).
Not as good as some competing devices (still has a kind of watercolor effect) but not so bad. You can check the samples here.
The picture is pretty bad and that lens seems to perform well only on low ISO settings, that's why they probably limited its use to bright light only. I did a lot of tests with it (I explained how to trigger it in low-light situations) and when ISO > 500, the quality of the pictures is considerably lower than those produced by the main camera. BTW, I keep in mind that this telephoto camera is intended to work with Portrait Mode to create the depth map, not as a standalone camera. The Portrait Mode uses a 2x digital zoom on the main camera while the telephoto creates the depth map.
You can check it by looking to the picture resolution: 6mpx instead of 12 (image cropped -> digital zoom applied)My photos when using portrait mode is only 3,6mp and the photos using digital zoom still stays at 12,2mp. Always wondered about the small resolution of portrait mode though. But it’s advertising to do “2x optical zoom” which means the long camera is used for more than just to provide depth information for the portrait mode.:-pI would have advertised it like this: '2x optical zoom in automatic mode, outdoor, with good lightning conditions, and a bit of luck'. Not marketing enough? 😁 I'm now more at ease with the camera, needed some learning curve but I can make some interesting pictures by fooling the app or use some tricks. It still delivers weird results (watercolor) in a lot of scenes, and has a problem in denoising low-light shots (even with ISO100) but it's OK for me.

The other big boys (Apple and Samsung) do the same thing. There is no OPTICAL zoom at all on this phone. There is only digital zoom and two cams (a slightly wide and a near “normal” focal length).
All zooming is strictly digital. Anything from 1.1x to 1.9999x is digital zoom then if one continues to zoom (assuming good lighting etc.) the phone then switches to th long lenses cam (roughly 2x the focal length of the wide lens). Any other zooming beyond 2x is also digital. So there is absolutely no optical “zoom” on this phone. Same for Apple and Samsung etc.:-p. Thank you for your contributions. It's clear as the saying goes, you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig.
